Our California red blend marries Cabernet Sauvignon, Mourvèdre, Syrah and Tempranillo. Each grapes strength compliments the overall mouthfeel and style of our wine. A limited period of Barrique aging delivers a nice spiced vanilla tone that is evident in the aroma and taste.  The Purple-ruby red color hue is bright in the glass. The body of the wine becomes expansive in the mouth, with no interference of oak flavors to change the make-up of the fruit and tannin structure. The bouquet is reminiscent of red berries along with cinnamon, baking spices and crushed violets. Flavors of plums, blackberries, violets and vanilla spice coat the palate.
